Swap Cabinets & Charging Stations

Refuelling an Electric Fleet in Under a Minute

Sigma swap cabinets keep charged packs waiting where riders already are. A rider docks a depleted battery, takes a full one, and rides on, while every slot reports charge state, temperature, and revenue back to the platform.

How the system works

The Station

Every Bay Is a Metered Asset

Cabinets ship in 4, 8, and 12 bay configurations and charge packs in parallel with per-slot current control. Each bay knows which pack it holds, its state of charge and health, and who took it last, so operators can plan cabinet placement and pack ratios around real demand rather than guesswork.

Capabilities

Charging Infrastructure That Pays for Itself

Cabinets, packs, payments, and telemetry deployed together so a swap network can be operated as a business from day one.

01

Modular Swap Cabinets

Standardised bays that accept the same LFP packs used across the Sigma e-bike fleet, expandable as demand grows.

02

Solar-Powered Stations

PV and storage supply where the grid is weak or expensive, so charging cost per kilometre stays predictable.

03

App & RFID Access

Riders unlock a bay from the app or with a card, and subscriptions or wallets settle the swap automatically.

04

Slot-Level Telemetry

Charge state, temperature, cycle count, and fault flags for every pack and every bay, streamed live.

05

Pay-Per-Swap Billing

Prepaid wallets, daily plans, and per-swap pricing, reconciled with mobile money and card payments.

06

Safety & Protection

Cell-level BMS enforcement, thermal cut-off, surge protection, and locking bays that only release an authorised pack.
